Coaching Philosophies

    Fundamentals First

No matter what level, the most important aspect of Volleyball is fundamentals.  The focus of Pinnacle Volleyball Academy will be to perfect the fundamentals of every player in all disciplines of Volleyball.

Players attending clinics will be taught a mixture of concepts from Gold Medal Squared, as well as techniques used by college coaches everywhere.

Reps-Reps-Reps

What is the best way to improve fundamentals?  Research shows that getting as many repititions as possible will lead to improvement in all areas.

With the small group setting offered by Pinnacle, players will get tons of repititions, as well as the feedback necessary to take their abilities to the next level.

Love the Game

The main goal of Pinnacle Volleyball Academy is to teach a love for the game. Too often players lose their passion for playing. The number one goal of Pinnacle Volleyball Academy is to teach not only the fundamentals but also a love for the game.

The focus of the clinics will be to provide a fun environment conducive to enhancing the learning opportunities for the players in attendance.
